若い！43歳！！
そう言えばトルコ中銀（TCMB）のプレスリリース読んでなかったな・・・と思いホームページに行ったのですが、なんとなくブラブラしていました。
で、中銀総裁も知らないな、と思い調べてみたのですけれども、ずいぶん若いんですね。
フランスのマクロン大統領と同じ、ですか？一個上のようですね。
ただ、上掲画像のようにかなり激務に晒されているようです。
・アメリカ貿易戦争への言及なし。

結局、TCMBのプレスリリースを、政策金利決定時のものを中心に読んだのですが、どれを読んでも同じことの繰り返しでした。
全文引用できる程度のものです。
ちょっと見てみましょう。
以下は直近、（2019年）3月政策金利24％に据え置いた時のプレスリリースです。

政策金利決定委員会は、政策金利の据え置きを決定しました。

最近のデータによると、経済のバランスのとり直しがトレンドとして明確化して来ているのが分かります。
Recently released data show that rebalancing trend in the economy has become more noticeable.
外需は依然強いものですが、国内の経済活動は、厳しい財政状況のためスローダウンしています。
External demand maintains its relative strength while economic activity displays a slow pace, partly due
to tight financial conditions.
他方、財政は好転しており、輸入品目の値段、ならびに内需は、インフレ指標を見るにつけ改善に至っていると言えます。
Current account balance is expected to maintain its improving trend.
Developments in import prices and domestic demand conditions have led to some improvement in inflation indicators.
しかし、物価の安定への道はまだ険しいままです。
Yet, risks on price stability continue to prevail.
以上の理由から、政策金利決定委員会は、金利引き締めの方針を続け、インフレが改善するのを待ちます。
Accordingly, the Committee has decided to maintain the tight monetary policy stance until inflation outlook displays a significant improvement.
中央銀行は物価安定に向け、あらゆる手段を取るつもりです。
The Central Bank will continue to use all available instruments in pursuit of the price stability objective.
インフレを中心に、これからも経済状況を注視し続けますし、場合によっては更なる引き締めもあり得るでしょう。
Inflation expectations, pricing behavior, lagged impact of recent monetary policy decisions, contribution of fiscal policy to rebalancing process, and other factors affecting inflation will be closely monitored and, if needed, further monetary tightening will be delivered.
しかし新たなデータが加わるにつけ、以上の方針は変更されることを最後に付け加えます。
It should be emphasized that any new data or information may lead the Committee to revise its stance.
本プレスリリースのサマリーは、5営業日以内に公示されます。
The summary of the Monetary Policy Committee Meeting will be released within five working days.
この最後に言われているサマリー、見つからなかったです。
もう少し、探してみます。
南アフリカのハニャホ総裁の文章みたいに、もう少し長いものを期待したのですが、これでは抽象論ですね。
ポイントがつかめません。
ただ、アメリカ批判の文言がまったくないのは注目に値すると思います。
