Dailymotionによる著作権侵害通知①

こんばんは、みゅじ子です。

それほど・・・というか全然儲からないDailymotionなんですが、著作権侵害については、どうなっているのでしょうか？

すこし立ち入って見てみましょう。

・YouTubeのおさらい

YouTubeの著作権侵害警告には、２種類あります。

①　軽微なもの＝Content-Id 系＝AI系

・

②　重大なもの=ガチの著作権侵害申し立て=人間系

ユーチューバーが恐れているのは、②＝人間系ですよね。

①のAI系は、ただアップロードできない（ひとに見せることができない）、ってそれだけです。

・Dailymotionでは区別されていない

・・・で、ワタシもDailymotionとの付き合いが浅い（やる気がしない）ので・・・

相手の手の内が、どこまでか把握していないのですが・・・

Dailymotionの規制は、YouTubeのようなAI系（①）と人間系（②）が混在しています。

アップロードすると、すぐにダメですみたいな通知が来る場合（＝①AI系）もあるし・・・

数日経って、おそらく人為的に（YouTubeが言う”手動で”）発見されて動画削除される場合（＝人間系）もあります。

来るのは、次のメールです。

We received a copyright infringement notification regarding the content available on your Verified Partner Account at the following address:

We remind you that according to the special terms and conditions of the Partner Program to which you subscribed, you warranted us that “you own, licence and/or control the Content and rights granted to DM necessary for the exploitation of the Content hereunder” and that (i) “the Content does not infringe or violate any third party rights” (ii) “the Content, nor any part thereof, does not constitute an invasion of the right of privacy or a violation of any applicable laws or regulations”. In this regard, you agreed to warrant us against any claim, action, and/or complaint by any third party.

As a consequence, we would be grateful if you could confirm by return of mail that the upload of the content in question has been done in the respect of the aforementioned dispositions of the special terms and conditions of the Partner Program. In the case that you do not respond within the next 24 hours, we reserve the right to block public access to the disputed content.
