とりあえず前回ご紹介した著作権侵害通知のメールで、なにを言っているか、読んでみましょう。
一気に行きます。
収益化パートナーになっていようがいまいが、あなたのアカウント（ここら辺の身分についてはこの記事参照）で、著作権侵害を発見しました。

もう一度、念を押しておきます。
Dailymotionでアカウント（YouTubeで言うチャンネル相当）を作ったからには、次の規則に従ってください。
(i) Dailymotionとあなた、この二者関係から外れた第三者のコンテンツを無断で使用しないこと。
(ii) コンテンツ全体せよ一部にせよ、プライバシーや法などを侵害してはならない。
We remind you that according to the special terms and conditions of the Partner Program to which you subscribed, you warranted us that “you own, licence and/or control the Content and rights granted to DM necessary for the exploitation of the Content hereunder” and that (i) “the Content does not infringe or violate any third party rights” (ii) “the Content, nor any part thereof, does not constitute an invasion of the right of privacy or a violation of any applicable laws or regulations”.
とりあえず、ここまで。
重要なのは (i) で、ここで、著作権侵害禁止を”謳って”いるわけですね。

・Dailimotionのよさ
儲からない。
著作権侵害による削除のメカニズムもはっきりしない。
・・・YouTubeに比べ、悪いことだらけにみえるDailymotionですが・・・
ひとつだけ、いいところがあります。
それは、担当者（本当に個人担当ではないのだが）とすぐに話せる、というところです。
YouTubeのAI対応にウンザリしているひとには、これは、すごく・・・なんというかミネラルウォーターのような潤いになります。
・・・でも、儲からないけどね。
あと、Dailymotion、組織的には、けっこうしっかりしています。
対応のひとつひとつが、かなり丁寧です。
この点だけは、だけなんですけど、すごく感動しています。
